Kathryn McDonald

Co-founder & Head of Investments and Sustainability,
Radiant ESG Global Investors

Kathryn is co-founder and head of investments and sustainability for RadiantESG Global Investors. She was previously the Head of Sustainable Investing at Rosenberg Equities, where she headed up the integration of ESG considerations in Rosenberg’s investment process and led the firm’s ESG and impact research efforts, ESG data analysis and selection. During her tenure at Rosenberg, she held several other positions in research and portfolio management, including Head of Investments for Australia/NZ.

Kathryn's holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Willamette University, and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. She is also the founder of Aquanos Collective, a company dedicated to the exploration of innovation in water infrastructure and technology, a member of the Board for the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA), and a member of the Bretton Woods Committee.
